He's begging for you.. Kurt didn't know why those words were the ones through all the others that hit him like a tonne of bricks. First Quinn was trying to wake him up and then Mike appeared abruptly, yanking on his shirt. Kurt had first tried to drown them both out so he could go back to sleep, but Mike's voice was desperate and frantic. It was begging him. Pleading with him and the way Mike's breath hitched and choked up a little at the end of his plea felt like it set off warning bells in Kurt's head.

He looked up at Mike for all of three seconds and saw the look on his face, and Kurt knew then he wasn't joking. "What?" he gasped, the word coming out in a hiss around the sucked in breath. His red-rimmed blue eyes bounced from Mike to Quinn, and then back again, and then they filled with tears he couldn't stop. He grabbed Mike's arm in a death grip that would probably leave a bruise and his nails sunk into his skin. "You better not be fucking with me! He better be here! This better not be some sick fucking joke!" he said through clench teeth, though he could barely get the words out they were so tight and strung with emotion.

He looked between then both again, finding it had to breath all of a sudden. "Swear to me! Swear to me he's fucking here!" he shouted at them both.
