Puck had tried to get Blaine some water, and another blanket, and a few other things to try and comfort him. Blaine's head was spinning, though, and in those few minutes since Mike disappeared, Blaine just lay there in the bed where Puck had propped pillows up behind him so he wasn't flat on his back to choke on the water. He wasn't sobbing desperately, but he was crying pitifully in confusion and fear over this whole thing. He didn't know what was going on, but he knew hew as terrified and confused. He knew he was in a weird place that wasn't a hospital, which didn't make sense considering how much Kurt had been bleeding and needed an ambulance. He had been unconscious! Carole said he was gone! Why was Mike running to get him?
But he lost the steam of the panic when Puck kicked into gear with the fussing, softly and repeatedly telling him over and over again that Kurt would be there real soon, he just had to wait a little longer. He promised and swore on his own life that Kurt would be there and Blaine started to listen. He focused on Puck talking, believing what he was saying even if the tears were still falling. He looked around anxiously, taking note again that he didn't recognise this place and nothing was making sense. Was it just a bad dream? Was he about to wake up when Kurt appeared and he tried to each out for him?
And then he heard it. A scream of his name, and it was Kurt's voice. He would know Kurt's voice anywhere, no matter what emotion was behind it. "Kurt..." The name fell from his lips softly, tearfully, and disbelieving at first. It was shaky and barely audible, but he was willing to take anything. He grabbed Puck's arm and his breath started to come out in short, sharp bursts when he tried to scramble out of bed. "It's Kurt! H-He's here! It's Kurt! Help me, please!"
