Backstory prior to arriving on the island:
Quinn Fabray wasn't always the gorgeous blonde cheerleader from McKinley High. In fact, for many years, she was taunted and teased for being overweight and by all intents and purposes, ugly. But that all changed when she lost weight, had a nose job, and dyed her hair, finding herself transformed before she started high school as the desirable head cheerleader.

Her high school life started off perfect, on the arm of Quarterback Finn Hudson, and on top of the world. Until one mistake with bad boy, and Finn's best friend, Noah Puckerman, changed everything. She became pregnant with Puck's baby, choosing at her birth to give the baby up for adoption, and it was a long way back to the top from there.

Quinn, however, went through her struggles, ups and downs, highs and lows, with her friends close to her, and as she neared the middle of senior year, she was accepted into Yale University, where she planned to study business. In the middle of that excitement, the glee club won at Regionals, and Quinn, having started a close friendship with Rachel Berry, was on her way to her friend's short-notice wedding when she, texting and driving, was smashed into by a truck, putting her in the hospital for several weeks, and leaving her paralyzed from the waist down.

Their life since arriving on the island OR what leads to their arrival on the island:
Heartbroken that her dreams of going to Yale were seemingly shattered, and her ability to walk was lost, Quinn found herself arriving on the island several weeks after her accident. She was able to go through physical rehab on the island, and regained her ability to walk.

She eventually took over as the CEO of the resort, and was already enjoying that job when she was joined, by some twist of fate, by Kurt Hummel, her best friend, and the fag to her hag. The pair share a bungalow on the island, and two years later, Quinn is still trying to help Kurt work through the loss of his lover and husband, Blaine Anderson.
